Inconel 600 Hex Head Bolts is resistant to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, corrosion by pure water and caustic corrosion. Inconel 600 Hex Head Nuts is subject to stress corrosion cracking in hot and concentrated caustic alkalis. Inconel 600 Square Bolts resists steam and mixtures of air, steam, and carbon dioxide. Inconel 600 Square Nuts exhibits high levels of resistance to exhaust gases, stress and salt water, and most organic acids and compounds. The high chromium content of Inconel 600 U-Bolts raises its oxidation resistance considerably above that of pure nickel, while its high nickel content provides good corrosion resistance under reducing conditions. Hot working in Inconel 600 Lock Bolts should be performed between 1600 Degree F and 2250 Degree F, avoiding any work between 1200 Degree F and 1600 Degree F as the ductility decreases in this temperature range. Inconel 600 Eye Bolts is not precipitation hardenable and is hardened and strengthened only by cold work. Inconel 600 Eye Nuts makes resistant to corrosion by a number of organic and inorganic compounds. Inconel 600 T-Bolts is a standard engineering material that has great resistance to heat and corrosion. Inconel 600 Wing Nuts is a solid solution strengthened alloy used for corrosion and high temperature resistance up to 2000 Degrees F.
